The Quickest Vegan Tzatziki Sauce

Perfect for a last minute meal, this vegan tzatziki sauce is definitely the easiest and quickest version you could possibly make!

Instructions

  • Wash the cucumber and grate it.
  • Place one sheet of cheese cloth over a sieve and pour the grated cucumber. 
  • Squeeze all the moisture off the cucumber and set aside.
  • In a tall blender glass measure all the remaining ingredients and blend for a few seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the cucumber, stir well and use the vegan tzatziki sauce straight away.

Notes

This sauce will last in the fridge for a few days (up to one week).
