Vegan Cauliflower Hot Wings | Oil & Gluten Free

These Vegan Cauliflower Hot Wings are loved from both vegans and omnis and make the perfect food to share with family and friends on any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower Head

Instructions

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • Prepare the batter by mixing together flour, spices, baking soda and plant based milk.
  • Coat cauliflower florets, arrange on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
  • Mix together all the ingredients for the hot sauce, then reduce on the stove for 15-20 minutes.
  • Once both the hot sauce and the battered cauliflower are ready, coat the crispy wings in the spicy sauce and bake for another 20 minutes or until cooked and slightly caramelized.
  • Serve the vegan cauliflower hot wings with homemade spicy sauce or any vegan dip of your choice.

If you'd like even more flavourful wings, dip them once again into the spicy sauce and bake for an extra 5-10 minutes: they'll turn even stickier and hotter!
