Super Easy Goma Miso Dressing

This Japanese inspired Goma Miso Dressing, is super easy to whip up and it's sure to pack all of your dishes with umami!

Instructions

  • Roughly grind sesame seeds in a mortar or food processor.
  • Add sesame oil to a pan, followed by ground sesame seeds and gently roast over low heat until fragrant.
  • Add maple syrup, stir well and warm it all for no longer than 30 seconds. Remove from the heat.
  • In a small bowl, dissolve the miso paste in the soy sauce until smooth and creamy.
  • Finally, stir the soy sauce and miso paste into the pan with toasted sesame seeds until well combined.
