Super Easy Goma Miso Dressing
This Japanese inspired Goma Miso Dressing, is super easy to whip up and it's sure to pack all of your dishes with umami!

Roughly grind sesame seeds in a mortar or food processor.
Add sesame oil to a pan, followed by ground sesame seeds and gently roast over low heat until fragrant.
Add maple syrup, stir well and warm it all for no longer than 30 seconds. Remove from the heat.
In a small bowl, dissolve the miso paste in the soy sauce until smooth and creamy.
Finally, stir the soy sauce and miso paste into the pan with toasted sesame seeds until well combined.
