Easy Sauteed Savoy Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Medium Savoy Cabbage Head
3 Shallots (or 1 Onion)
1-2 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Water
1/2 tbsp Bouillon (Vegetable)
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
Method:
1. Add finely chopped shallots and minced garlic to a large pan or wok with the olive oil. Heat for a couple of minutes or until it starts sizzling.
2. Add finely chopped savoy cabbage, stir well and sauté on high heat until wilted (it will take 5 to 7 minutes).
3. Season with salt and pepper, then cover with water and bouillon (or use vegetable stock).
4. Lower the heat and simmer with the lid for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge and reheat before use.
