Please note: With these ingredients you alcohol percentage for this liqueur will be 22%. If you would like it less strong, increase the amount of water, and if you want it more alcoholic, increase the amount of alcohol. How to prepare coffee liqueur at home
STEP 1 – PREPARE THE SYRUP
First you need to prepare the syrup of water and sugar.
To make it, simply weigh the two ingredients in a saucepan and bring it to a light boil over moderate heat, stirring occasionally. Let it all boil for about 5 minutes, then turn off the stove and let it cool for a moment.

STEP 2 – ADD COFFEE
Once cooled, dissolve the instant coffee granules and vanilla in the syrup with the help of a whisk. Then we let it cool completely.

STEP 3 – ADD ALCOHOL
As soon as the coffee syrup has reached room temperature, pour in the alcohol and mix everything well.
Cover with a lid and allow to rest at room temperature overnight.

STEP 5 – BOTTLING
Transfer the coffee liqueur to sterilized bottles, then store in the fridge or pantry.

Homemade Coffee Liqueur Recipe
Ingredients:
250 ml water
250 g sugar
10 gr instant coffee
125 ml alcohol at 95 °
a few drops of vanilla extract
Method:
1. Add the sugar and water to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Allow to cool, then add the instant coffee and vanilla extract (optional) and dissolve with a whisk.
3. Cool the mixture completely, then add the alcohol.
4. Leave the liqueur covered overnight at room temperature.
5. Bottle the homemade coffee liqueur in sterilized bottles and store in the refrigerator or in a dark, dry place.
