Vegan Chocolate and Almond Fudge bite

Not that you might need some inspiration to use my vegan condensed milk, but I still though I'd share with you one of the simplest recipes I do with it.... Please allow me to introduce this vegan chocolate & almond fudge.

Ready with only 3 ingredients, this decadent and indulgent vegan fudge not only is dead easy to make, but also pretty quick too!

Literally the only time you would spend on this is sweet treat is what's needed to melt the chocolate and to mix!

Then all you need to do is to wait for the fudge to harden a bit in the fridge (the hardest part, I'm aware!).

I'm sure you are going to be making this beauty over and over again: a treat that equally kids and grown ups will love! Let's now see what we need and how to make it, shall we?

How to make Vegan Chocolate and Almond Fudge

To make this indulgent chocolaty treat you'll only need 3 ingredients:
- Dark Chocolate. I used 72% although any dark chocolate you have at home will do, as long as it's suitable for vegans.
- Vegan Condensed Milk - my Homemade Condensed Milk works perfectly for this recipe. Any store bought one will also do the job!
- Almonds - Specifically almond butter in the mix and a bunch of crushed almonds (completely optional, but recommended for the look) on top of the fudge.

Step one: Melt the dark chocolate.
Step two: Combine almond butter and vegan condensed milk.
Step three: Pour into a mold or tray.

Step four: Wait until chilled.
Step five: ENJOY!
